Due to their intimate nature, bodysuits must be returned with the original panty liner sticker attached.
RETURNS FOR SHIPPED US ONLINE ORDERS
Online orders are eligible for returns to the original form of payment.
All items must be returned to Brightside within 21 days from the date they were shipped. If the return is shipped, it must be post-marked before the 21 day return window has ended.
All items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags still attached. All items must be free from any scent (including deodorant, perfume, etc.), makeup, and fake tan.
Returns are processed within 72 hours of receiving them. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a non-returnable item or item outside of the return window is returned to us, it will be automatically mailed back to the customer upon receipt. Customer will be responsible for shipping.
RETURNS FOR IN-STORE ORDERS
There are no refunds for in-store purchases, only store credit or exchange.
All items must be returned to Brightside within 30 days from the date they were purchased.
All items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags still attached. All items must be free from any scent (including deodorant, perfume, etc.), makeup, and fake tan.
If the customer does not want to exchange upon their return, they will be given a gift card for the value of the return in store credit. Store credit does not expire.
RETURNS FOR SHIPPED INTERNATIONAL ONLINE ORDERS
Online orders are eligible for returns to the original form of payment.
All items must be returned to Brightside within 21 days from the date they were shipped. If the return is shipped, it must be post-marked before the 21 day return window has ended.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. the limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
Returns for international orders are subject to a $15 return shipping fee, subtracted from your total refund through our return portal.

RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS WITH IN-STORE PICKUP
All items must be returned to Brightside within 21 days from the date they were placed.
All items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags still attached. All items must be free from any scent (including deodorant, perfume, etc.), makeup, and fake tan.
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving them.
If a customer fails to pick up their in-store order within 60 days of the fulfillment date, Brightside Boutique will consider the property abandoned and will issue a refund while retaining a 50% restocking fee.
LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Brightside is not responsible for any lost packages. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS.
If items arrived damaged, please send an email containing a photo of the damaged item within two days of the arrival date to support@shopbrightside.com
If an item has been worn and/or tried on, and becomes damaged, Brightside will not be held responsible to replace the item and will not accept the return. If an item is washed, Brightside will not be held responsible to replace an item and will not accept the return.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your package has been returned to sender due to insufficient address, Brightside will not be held responsible. When the item is successfully returned, we will contact you to resend the item and you will be charged for the reshipment label cost.
If your item is return to sender, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total if you would like to return that package.
CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, please email support@shopbrightside.com
Once your order has been shipped or delivered for in-store pick-up, it cannot be canceled. Because we ship orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes of address.
U.S. AFTERPAY RETURNS
Afterpay will automatically cancel the customer’s payment schedule so that the customer is no longer charged for the order.

Sales and promotions can not be applied to past orders under any circumstances.
