US SHIPPING 

All orders placed within the U.S. are charged a flat fee depending on the region to which they are shipped to. Orders are shipped with UPS ground shipping or USPS Priority Mail. Orders can expect to be shipped 3-5 business days after purchasing, if there are any additional delays Brightside will contact you. We are able to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Brightside is currently offering shipping to Canada. Orders are shipped with USPS, UPS, or DHL. Orders can expect to be shipped 3-5 business days after purchasing, if there are any additional delays Brightside will contact you.  All orders placed outside of the U.S. are charged a flat international shipping fee, $30 USD.

$30 USD = Approximately $41 CAD 

Shipping on international orders is $15 over $150 USD.

$150 USD = Approximately $188 CAD

IN-STORE PICKUPS

In-store pickup is available at all locations. Orders are not always ready immediately and could take 5-7 business days to be ready for pickup, you will be emailed and called when your order is ready for pickup.

If a customer fails to pick up their in-store order within 60 days of the fulfillment date, Brightside Boutique will consider the property abandoned and will issue a refund while retaining a 50% restocking fee.
